Our Worship Service

One way we express our love for God is through worship.  Our worship service starts at 10:00 AM every Sunday morning. You are always welcome to join us!

A Typical Worship Service

A typical worship service at GraceCrossing starts with a time of greeting. We are a friendly church and make regular attenders and newcomers feel welcome.

During praise time, we sing contemporary songs and classic Christian hymns in a contemporary style. Our small praise band leads the singing.

A children’s “mini sermon” is always engaging and relevant to the children (and adults).

In preparation for prayer time, the congregation is invited to share prayer concerns and praises. The Pastor leads the congregation in prayer. This is followed by an opportunity to express our thanks to God through giving.

The highlight of the service is the scripture reading and bible-based message, followed by the closing prayer.

We observe the Lord’s Supper the first Sunday of each month. If you are a follower of Christ, you are welcome to participate.

Children’s Worship

During the worship service, loving baby and toddler care (through age 4) is provided in the nursery on the first floor. (Ask the ushers for directions to the nursery.) If parents prefer, babies and toddlers are always welcome to stay with them in the sanctuary.

Children are a welcome part of our worship services. They are invited to participate with small instruments during the praise time. Engaging and relevant “mini sermons” are taught during the children’s moment.

After the children’s moment, children (kindergarten through grade 4)  are encouraged to attend children’s church where age appropriate activities enhance their worship experience.  If parents prefer, children are welcome to stay with them for the entire worship service, but children usually love to go to children’s church.
